Hamza Educational Institutions are primarily meant for educating students of Hamza Organization. However, large number of students from adjoining areas of twin cities have been accommodated. Because of frequent transfers and interschool movement, students belonging to Hamza Organization are afforded guaranteed admission. A strict merit based policy is adopted for the admission of other students. The procedure for admission is as follows:

HAMZA ORGANIZATION

Parents will visit the school along with their children. In order to save time, they should procure the uniform and books prior to visiting the school. Admission formalities will be completed in one day and children will be directed to respective class rooms. Admission test will be conducted later to assess the standard of education and results will be recorded and communicated to parents. Following should be kept in mind:

PROCEDURE FOR ALL OTHER STUDENTS

Separate seats are earmarked at the start of each academic session. Parents will visit the admission office and submit the application forms. Students will appear in admission test on a given date basing on test result, merit lists will be displayed and published on the website. Students placed on the reserve list will be granted admission in case the selected students do not report or deposit dues within prescribed time. For admission in first year no admission test will be held and board results will form the basis of merit.

Admission schedule and detailed procedure will be intimated through web site at the start of each academic year.
